ARNE VAN DER ESCH
Bio: Arne van der Esch (1998) is a Dutch-born actor. Born in the small entrepreneurial town of
Bussum, into a warm household of painters and theatre enthusiasts, he developed an early
interest in various creative pursuits, including digital art, animation, and filmmaking. At 17, he
enrolled at the University of the Arts in Utrecht, pursuing a full-time Bachelor's degree in Film
Directing. During the pandemic, he shifted his focus to acting, studying through the online
screen-acting course of StageMilk. Inspired to work in the United Kingdom, he was accepted
in 2022 at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance in London. To help cover his
international tuition fees, he was fortunate to receive a talent grant from both the Dutch Van
Den Ende Foundation and the Vrijvrouwe van Renswoude Foundation for three consecutive
years. Looking ahead to 2025, Arne will complete his final year of the BA Acting program. He
is set to continue his career in the UK, the US, Europe, and beyond.
